Texas Potatoes - Sides
No BBQ is complete with out a full compliment of sides. To start off with, we'll post one of the more popular ones here in Texas. Texas Potatoes. Goes with any meat and very simple to make.
Here is what you'll need:
3 (10 oz) pkgs. Frozen Hash Browns
1 large onion, sliced finely
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 box corn flakes, crushed

Jerk Chicken Skewers Recipe - Appetizer
Wow your guest from the start with some Jamaican Jerk Chicken appetizers. Even though the ingredient list is high, these are easy to make and cook quickly on a nice hot fire.
-No dipping sauce needed-
Here are the ingredients used:
3 large shallots, minced
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, root peeled and minced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

BBQ Spare Ribs Recipe - Main Course
I figured I'd dive right in with main course and what's the most main stream grill item? Ribs!
Here are the ingredients used:
2 slabs marinated ribs
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
4 quarts water
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
8oz BBQ sauce
