Grilled Flank Steak with Peppers - Main Course


I like this one because it's really easy to make and grilling takes no time.

The ingredient count is high, but it's well worth it.

You'll need:

2 (1 pound) flank steaks
2 Tbsp. dry red wine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large yellow or red peppers, seeded and sliced
